McMurphy
Apostate Against the Eloi
Since the 1960s, the Marvel Comics character The Incredible Hulk has fought against and along side with virtually every superhero in the company's roster. Use the above poll to cast your vote as to which team the Green Goliath was best suited in, and scan the brief outline below as to who else was in these groups.
Avengers: (the 1964 version of the team) Hulk, Ant/Giant Man, Wasp, Thor, Iron Man, and (if we were to count Hulk's replacement) Captain America.
Defenders: Everyone from Professor X to Hawkeye has been a member of this team for at least a day, but the core and founding heroes of this group are Dr. Strange, Namor the Sub-Mariner, and the Hulk. Currently, Silver Surfer has filled the spot of the fourth teammate.
Fantastic Four (the covert replacement version): For times when the normal Fantastic Four (Mr. Fantastic, Visible Woman, the Human Touch, and The Thing) are in need of being rescued, Spider-Man, Wolverine, Hulk, and Ghost Rider have been called to help out or replace the team. It has been a nice little set-up except for the time when Wolverine, during a little "miff" with the normal Fantastic Four, scrapped out a chunk of the Thing's face, which led to Ben Grimm wearing a moronic helmet for the next year.
The Pantheon: This group was more of a secret society than it was a superhero team. It was determined to bring about justice lost in the world, regardless of whatever country was involved, which again pitted the Hulk against the United States military, but this time on a political level. The action unit of The Pantheon was comprised of semi-deity versions of Agamemnon, Delphi, Axis, Ulysses, Paris, Hector, and Atalanta.
