Andreas Katsulas dies

Andreas Katsulas, the actor who played G'Kar, as well as many other roles, has died at the age of 59.

Added to Richard Biggs (Dr Stephen Franklin) that's two B5 actors died in the last 12 months

EDIT: Actually, further checking reveals it was May 2004, but it seemed sooner...

Tragic - I was really hoping to interview him.

Sad, but he's left an enduring legacy.

I reported this in my sCI FI news show Episode 4 if anyone is interested .

I was so bumed out about it couldnt crack a smile when I reported it . I love GKar he was an awsome character.

G'Kar was pivotal to B5, his narrative was sometimes awe inspiring and the delivery was almost perfect.

I'd seen Katsulas in a few other things -- he always definitely had that presence. A decided loss.
