I don't know who thought up this crazy scheme but why do I have to wait until Autumn for Imperial Assasin, I want it now. :(

I get impatient waiting for books to come out too! Shall we tell our favorite authors to write faster?:D

And if I gave it to you it would be about 3 days before you wanted Imperial Traitor! What's a poor author to do? I can't write that quickly.

You could write a bad book where people don't want your next one, but then I suppose you would have an angry mob after you.

Is Imperial Traitor the name of the next one, or is that just a joke? (I'm slightly confused.)

Imperial Traitor is my proposed title for the final book of the trilogy. It's not been confirmed yet, but that is what I intend to call it.

Thanks for clearing that up. [I've already started speculating..]

Exactly was I was thinking. We already know there is at least one spy and one assassin, so that would possibly mean there is one traitor.

Also, since the first book is Imperial Spy and it focuses on Femke, could that by any means try to tell that Reynik will turn into an assassin, since he is the focus of Imperial Assassin?

The first two titles could be job titles;someone could be the Imperial spy or the Imperial Assassin. But Imperial Traitor?

Aerin was closest. This is what the publishers have put on amazon about Imperial Assassin:

Declared outlaws by the Emperor, the Guild of Assassins strikes back hard. The Emperor must act fast. He needs someone to infiltrate the Guild. All attempts to locate the assassins' headquarters have failed and Femke is already known to the assassins. So Reynik, the young legionnaire, must penetrate their inner circle to discover the Guild's secrets. But secrets kept hidden for over five centuries command a high price is Reynik is ready to risk his life for the mission?

I think this gives a reasonable taster.

hmmmm..
i'd prefer the book...
femke is the spy
assasin from first book is the assasin
buut does that make Reynik the traitor??? - maybe he'd have lost his soul or something - and gone to the evil side...
