I watched this ep. today for the first time in ages and Lene is right, when Jack has Sam pinned down after her "assault" on him he tells her she "needs to see a doctor, doctor" and he plants a cheeky kiss on her neck. I thought I was seeing things the first time but it is definitely there. An opportunistic ad lib one thinks!!
