how about bert samuels?
he was the one back in cotg who was urging hammond to lock sg-1 & 2 out. and he was the one who came up with the brilliant idea of missiles in serpents grasp/lair which failed then wanted to go throught to the beta site...basically he's a weasely little coward. who seems to have his nose in all the right tushes. an extremely dangerous creature

Samuels was a low level creep with high level aspirations. He surely made Lt. Colonel fast. Wonder if they will bring back this character and I wonder what his ties to Kinsey really are? The writers have suprised us before and I expect that they will again!

Well, I'm going to throw my vote to Kinsey. Granted everything said already about
Maybourne, but Kinsey I feel is the more dangerous. He's hypocritcial, slimy, dangerous, and
he's in a position of power with aspirations of high political office and Maybourne can pull his strings like a puppetmaster. So Kinsey scares me the most.
