btw, project bluebook is the pentagon name for the sgc and it was daniel who said 'can we stop agreeing when we're going to die and do something about it'

What did the Systems Lord get in return for agreeing to lay off Earth in Fair Game? What was the name & article number of the treaty that was under negociation?

True, but not the answer I was looking for. My fault, I wasn't clear in my question.

Let me rephrase. When the negociations begin, Thor states that per a certain Treaty,
the System Lords would agree to not attack Earth, and in return they'd get something
from the Asgards. So the question is, what was the treaty name (bonus points for the article number),
and what would the System Lords gain from the agreement.

im not sure about the treaty name or the article no. but heres what i know:
the system lords are planning an attack on earth for some reason (something about having better technology or something), the SL's agreed not 2 attack if the tau'ri stoppped using their gate. not quite sure anymore
