Ok, here's another clue: in this ep. someone named Daniel as "Four eyes". ;)
 
Well we all know that's in RoE (Except maybe corza!) I can easily look it up in minutes :)

It's a pretty short quote, and i only just got 10 episodes of series 2 and do not know them that well!
 
"Daniel is fine"? that must be in a few i would think? Tin Man possibly, the one where Daniel is mad perhaps?...
 
Another clue: it's Sam's first command of SG-1.

I think it was Jack (season 1-3). Just a guess.

I would tend to agree. He did extra stargate travel when he was based off world. Also it is often him that goes back to earth and then comes back again. But still, not sure.

Every time i watch an ep i am going to count for now on!
 
Don't forget all the times that others went off world without Jack or gated back to the SGC without Jack.

Brief Candle: Sam goes back to the SGC, then comes back, then Sam, Daniel, and Teal'c all leave, then come back.

Broca Divide: Teal'c and Daniel travel back to get blood samples, Teal'c makes it back to the SGC.

Spirits: Sam, Daniel, and Teal'c go to Tonani's world while Jack recuperates in the infirmary.

The Fifth Race: We don't know how many times Sam and Teal'c went exploring while Jack and Daniel stayed behind.

Forgot one.

A Matter of Time: Daniel is off world helping with a dig.

true... i knew there were a few but still recon that Jack will win overall.. will count slowly!

So what about minor characters? who has gone through the gate the most?

I think we have seen aphophis a couple of times, the tok'ra are probably the winners (Jacob???), who else gets their frequent gater miles?
