The Demon Maybourne

what makes harry so much fun is he's doing what he believes in...just like sg-1...he just happens to be on the dark side of the morals dept...think about it , are he & jack so much different? they both follow their ideals and morals...harrys are just to get tech at any cost and jack is to get it while being a good boy...and let's say earth got toasted and jack & co fled to another planet...and the only tech to free earth was in an alien's grasp...and that alien wouldn't share. what would jack do?

ummm...like he & sg-1 would have it stolen and used in 23 minutes...with time to spare to argue with daniel...

harry & jack are two sides of the same coin...though jack is a LOT cuter :D
 
And has a better sense of humor! Strangely, I do agree, skydiver. I don't think Jack would hesitate to use any means possible to save the earth. But I do think that he and Harry do disagree about when that type of strike should take place.
 
Love Maybourne - the same way I love Darth Vader, or Scorpius (Farscape), or CSM (X-Files): just a fun holy frozen badguy! May never get over seeing him at the end of Chain Reaction . ..... gave me the shivers.

I'm with you, JSC! Maybourne really grew on me in this epy. Maybe it was the chance to see him behind bars ready for his execution. Maybe it was watching him and Jack jerk Senator Kinsey around. Maybe it WAS the Jamaican music coming through Hammond's red phone!
 
Hope they bring him back. Hammond still has to buy back Jack's soul from him!
 
Have gone to Darren's site in new location and heard Maybourne is going to be back for Season 5! So looks as if we will be happy!
 
I still think we should capture Apophis and give him to Maybourne to torture - we really need to know how Apophis cloaks an entire fleet of ships. :evil:
 
That sounds like a plot bunny! Why don't you write it! I still chuckle over the one you wrote using Maybourne as a pinata!
 
I don't write much fanfic, but that's one of my favs! Just the thought of Jack telling Teal'c using the warrior's stick to beat on Maybourne, and as a test of manhood, just makes me smile and smile and smile :rolly2: :rolly2: :rolly2: :rolly2: :rolly2: :rolly2:

But I loved him denying Samuels request in "Serpent's Grasp" and his chewing out Jack in "Learning Curve." But people have to hear that one.
