Egyptian book of Ra from wich stargate got it's story.

the "Eye" debates...

Let the debate continue after I put in my 2 cents worth...
As near as I can see during my studies there are actually 2 Eyes:
one of them is the Eye Of Ra and it should be a right facing eye, the other is the Eye Of Horus and it is the left facing eye
Incidentally, I have the Eye Of Ra tattooed on my upper right arm. Do I need to tell you just how cool it looks?:cool:

i thougt it was the eye of HORUS, meself, but i'm not ver up on the mythology, more the pharoahs...

Hey there...I've had the Eye inked on for about 3 years now. Because a tattoo is more or less permanent I made sure that the design I had was the Eye of Ra(right facing) not the Eye of Horus(left facing). The only thing I did to personalize the design was to make the Eye green instead of blue....and WOW does it look awesome!
I can't wait until next years Gatecon!!! How many days was that?
