RDA at Gatecon 2001?

GateCon 2001...maybe...

Hi Everyone!
I hope to go to gatecon, but the person I want to go still has to wait until next year to see if she can go...like that'll happen...I'm so close to reserving tickets already. Anyway, I really RDA comes this year...I would really like to meet him or at least see him in the flesh.....

Gatecon 2001 sounds as if it is going to be better than Gatecon 2000! Everyone had a good time and people have learned how to facilitate the long registration lines and perhaps RDA!

Glad that you decided to delurk and post. Good for You! Please feel free to look and post and askquestion answer quiries and see the new things at this sight. The list on the left of you screen will help with that. As you can see we are trying to get talk going about sevral series, even the new "ANDROMEDA".

If you didn't already know, several of the major movers of Gatecon 2000 and Gatecon 2001 are regular visitors to this Talkstargate forum. Gatecon, the moderator of THIS forum is one! SO....

Jaffa_07, if you want to get tickets, expecially ones including the special functions like the Banquet, etc, you better keep your eyes on http://www.gatecon.com. Ticket sales will be announced very shortly. After Wolf Con this weekend, things will begin to pick up on the site so be on the lookout. :}

having been at Wolf SG2 I am keen to go to Gatecon.. but have been checking the site regularly and there is no sign of being able to book anything!

when can we find out prices, venue, book tickets etc?

GateCon tickets and 'Tetras'

"Tetras" were ticket for three out of the four days of the con. Now we're kist gonna concentrate on the 'VIP', 'Quads' and 'Weekday' passes.

Ticket differences

The 'VIP' tickets are all four days admission, the cocktail party, the banquet, and guaranteed access to the photograph sessions and autograph sessions with the actors who appear.

The 'Quad' tickets are all 4 days, the cocktail and banquest, but access to autograph and photo sessions is on an 'as available' basis and *not* guaranted.

Any additional costs, such a photos for autograph, are not part of the ticker sale and are seperate purchases.
