Stargate The sequel ideas.

Here is one idea for the movie

I think it would be great if sg-1 were to go back in time , lets say 10,000 years , when the goa'uld were still on Earth and they meet all of their arch enemies ( Ra, Sokar, Seth, Hathor etc.) as well as some friends like the tok'ra queen ( Egeria) who with the help of sg-1 creates the TOK'RA but is then killed by Ra. And then sg-1 starts a rebelion against the goa'uld and the local people burry the Stargate just like it did happen.
We have see sg-1 go back in time, why not once more.
I think it would be a blast to see sg-1 fighting the deceased goa'uld like Ra and maybe even see some unas

yeah that would be pretty cool... of course we'd know pretty much who would/woudn't die out of the goa'ulds wouldn't we... would be a v interesting film, or at least, a 2-parter for the series...

Well my thoughts are this.
Firstly they have to consider where in the time line to start....as here in Australia we are waiting for series 4 where as other parts of the world are viewing beyond this, so this could sort of put a spanner in the works for some of us, as it could really spoil the series.
What I think will be a good starting point would be a sort of prequel, like George Lucas has done with Star Wars. We could see how it all started. Who likes who, who hates who, how the Goa'uld became so powerful, how the Tok'ra came about and how the Stargate was buried here on Earth.
It helps explain everything without spoiling the series. Best of all they don't need to get current SG1 characters or former Stargate movie characters and trying to write them in or out of the story....we could have a new hero on Earth...the one who defeats the Goa'uld and desroys the stargate.
Anyway, that's my idea...what do you think...would it work?seand.:evil:
