Corza, I think there're enough clues here. It is Ernest Littlefield to Daniel in Torment of Tantalus in that scene when Ernest is trying to convince Daniel to leave the room with the alien device and return through the Stargate before it disconnects (like Sky and Marty said before). ;)

The closer I got is:

But the middle part doesn't fit...
