Why we love living Down Under?

Nope. No ten, no Fox8. Occasionally, if the weather is good, I can get Channel 10, but not often. Our local station hasn't shown The Simpsons in 6 years. I rely on the internet mainly for Simpsons episodes. Ah well, at least they show Stargate.... sometimes.
 
I'd rather live here than Tasmania. Tasmania's an intellectual black hole of Australia. It has a spiral effect, the closer you are to Tas, the stupider you are. Muhahahaha.
 
Is that why they haven't shown an episode of Simpsons in six years and you only get Stargate sporadically.... becasue the program directors and people who support them were born in Tasmania? No wonder the Tasmanian tiger can't be found and the Tasmanian devil is on the endangeredlist!
 
what is this with picking on tasmanians.
so we get everything a little later than most of the country (But at least we get more than 1 commercial tv station :D )

btw.. didnt we have words about tasmania and stuff in another thread?
 
BTW, thinking about the thread's name, Tassie is about as "down under" as you can get. :D

I thought Australia's island state was New Zealand :)

yeah, there is one NZ guy.
I talked to him up on Gen Dis earlier this week. I can't remember his name though. He was talking about a con in nz last week.

no offence to new zealanders, hehe, but stop dissin me.

i read that post too shelby about the nz con.
 
i don't like NZ, they could had a poor turnout for the crows V lions game on the weekend :(
