SG-1 and their actors have broadened my recognition of white people from Canada on the TV. I used to just look for Morgan Freeman and Anthony Hopkins current movies on the big eye. Or Juano Hernandez's movies or the Race Films. (Lets not mention How Stella Got Her Groove Back, All of the Shaft films, Sidney Portier, Samuel L. Jackson, Chris Rock, Peter O'Toole, Louis Gossett Jr films, Paul Neuman, Paul Robeson, Lena Horn, Billie Holliday, Cicley Tyson, Angela Bassett, and the list goes on!)
Now I trawl for CJ, also! I do go to IMBd alot!:rolly2:

he's been all over the place -- the biggies recently -- MacGyver (including the 2 not-so-great movies), Pandora's Clock (based on an excellent book), and a handful of made-for-tv movies --

Peter Williams, Don S. Davis, and Chris Judge have all been on MacGyver -- DSD was the stunt double for Dana Elcar (mac's boss Pete, tho he was in an ep too)

DSD and Michael Shanks have both been on Highlander - as has, of course, Peter Wingfield - (tanith on SG-1)

most of the SG-1 actors have been on The Outer Limits - if anyone discovers that RDA is on there - let me know - i think he's the only 'major' SG-1 person who hasn't been ---

ummm -- Armin Shimmerman (the Nox) was on Remmington Steele (among other things)

Carmen Argenziano was on Sisters --

Teryl Rothery has been in a whole heap of stuff -- she was in a movie about Tailhook (don't remember the name, had Tailhook in the title tho - check the imdb)

COOL! When the movie comes to blockbuster, I'll check it out! (I liked the original so much that I didn't want to see the remake! ) Asgard liked the "Mummy" in the thearter and said it looked small at home! He liked "Planet" (the original) and had already figured out the ending. But "Planet" was one I just couldn't see remaking ... I remember seeing it in the theater for the first time and at the end.... WHOA! I just don't see how it could have been better.
