Picard to Die?

Thanks for that Little Star...

It would be a real shame if picard was killed off... but they cant really do a Captain Kirk on him... that would be tacky... I would rather see him fall in love an leave starfleet and settle down
 
I think picard deserves to find love.... all his family died during a fire...... so he needs to keep the picard line going... and he deserves it

Iam a old romantic at heart really
 
I thought his 'true love' will always be the Enterprise.

What did you think of the relationship between Picard & Beverly Crusher?

Was very sweet during the series ... He marrys her in the future.. or has that changed now... Time travel confuses me ..LOL

No i would like to see him settle down with her... they were always close.. but i dont hink they will as Picard knew her husband to well.. if i remember correctly.. Not sure....

What you think ??
 
I guess the future timeline in All Good Things in which they were married didn't really happen.

I think Beverly Crusher would be a good match for him. She's intelligent in her own right. She's also mature and dedicated to her profession, so she'd be able to understand his sense of duty and responsibility. I think there was a lot of mutual respect there.

Don't forget though, in the future timeline in All Good Things they were divorced, so I guess some kind of difficulty came up.

Picard was the one who ordered Jack Crusher on the away mission on which he died, and I think he always carried some guilt about that. That was probably why he took an interest in Wesley. I think Picard took the consequences of his command decisions very seriously, which made him a more human character.

Thats true,,,, i forgot that... well he did take a big interest in Wesley..
 
I really hope they let Picard live and settle down happily on some planet.

As to the Crusher/Picard thing...I loved it...it was so much better done than Riker/Troi.....loved the epi when they could hear each others thoughts..can't remember the name at the mo....you know the one...
