new opening credits

i love RDA's eyes, and in the new opening credits, he has very nice eyes!!!

i get the same opening credits as sky where are you from that you rank updates????
 
we get the mask all the way to the end of S4 in the UK :(
I saw the "action" credits when I got my first DVD, I was very excited by them, they are much better, and they have fitted the scenes to the music very well :D
I wonder if we'll get them for S5??? Not very likely if they havent bothered up til now....
 
who knows?? maybe if the powers that be moniter this site and if we whine enough maybe they will update the credits!!!!

erm, yeah... but I think they don't really care, the show has it's own littleish audience in the UK, C4's scheduling won't bring in many more new viewers, and the Sky One viewers know about SG-1 anyway, so there won't be any pressure from the broadcasters to get the better credits, so I doubt we'll get to see them on British TV... :(
 
You mention no new viewers. Well, I got a surpirise today; I discussing SF with someone, and on the subject of parallel universes. Well, I mentioned to her
'Did you see the parallel universe thing in SG-1' (Ref. 'There but for'.) She say's 'yeah', but someone else comes up and says. 'Y'know, I'm really into Stargate SG-1 at the moment....'
And so on and so forth.
 
On teletext chat pages a lot of people were writing in saying the have just started watching stargate and like it and so on

I started watching Stargate when I was in Australia...then was stoked when I was in the UK and CH4 were showing it.....now I watch it all the time...on Sky and Ch4....I know quite a few people who have started watching it in the UK.....

mind you I hate it when they keep playing with the schedule!!:evil:
 
I suppose the Sunday afternoon slot works for some people, I have a hard time remembering about it in the middle of the Sunday slob out/fall asleep time ;)
 
I kinda wished it wasn't on at that time on Sunday, but it gave me a great excuse to bludge off work for an hour to go watch it.........:laugh2: :laugh2:

considering how they mess with the schedule it really says something about the show that that many people follow it. here it's on sat afternoon and sat midnite but its preempted all the time for sports so then it could be on later sat or maybe sunday. you really have to hunt. luckily i get showtime so i see the s4 show straight up. its fox with the s3 show that get messed with. did i confuse anyone?????:eek: :rolleyes: :laugh2: :lol:
 
the whole time I have been over here in the States I have managed to catch one episode.....

and I'm suprised its not on more often over here.... us brits have it lucky!!:laugh2:

Sunday's are a pain. Evening, not much else on then 'Songs of Priase', but it's amazing what my sister can suddenly like when the rest of us want to watch sg1.
 
What season is Sky One showing on mondays?? Is it season 2?

I go home next week so hopefully I will be able to OD on Stargate!

i only have cable not satellite so i don't get british tv
