Yeah - that's one of those weird 'Highlander' things -- they're what the fandom have dubbed 'k'immies' -- b/c the names start w/ "K" or a k-sounding letter --
Nah - all the ppl associated are: Gregory Widen (creator), Bill Panzer, and Peter Davis -- no 'K's --
Tho - it could be an inside joke - seems a little much to be coincidental, like you said ---
It could be one of those things that wasn't really 'thought up/about' until some fans mentioned it or something --
