One of the funniest things the BBC offers. I miss it however, airtime conflicts with my schedule. I'm one of those people who can but won't program the VCR.

Stargate, Andromeda......................always.

oh stargate or red dwarf? stargate or red dwarf.. starga- good thing we have 3 vcrs :nuts:

I'll just copy the article on that link before it is replaced.

First script read-through takes place as Bye and Naylor gear up for directors chair

The main cast for the forthcoming, long awaited Red Dwarf movie have had their first chance to enjoy the script, after a read-through session at Shepperton last week, it has emerged.

The full series line-up - including Aliens actor Mac McDonald as Captain Hollister - read through the completed script of the series' big screen outing, which is scheduled for release in 2002.

It has also emerged that series director Ed Bye and writer Doug Naylor will share the directors seat for the forthcoming film.

The offical Red Dwarf site reported: "Getting such a busy cast together in one room actually proved to be a difficult task. Early concerns were that Danny's current appearance in Blade 2: Bloodhunt - which will be shooting in Prague - might render him unable to attend. But both he and co-star Robert Llewellyn - who is currently in the midst of his Channel 4 series Scrapheap - managed to clear spaces in their schedules just in time. "

Correct me if I'm wrong, Skip. But I believe Dave is Skips 8th Alien baby that rests beneath his name on your left.

Thanks for the info on the up coming movie. Just one question........Will it be a national debut or only local?

*sulks* i know im stressed right now. i cant fic what is in my head. i am busy. i am ON THE EDGE OF A NERVOUS BREAKDOWN
msgudbod, my 8th alien is called dave. i also call most people dave. (yah dave, nah dave) it an old injoke from school and it still makes me giggle.
dave is also my chicken in the fanfic that went weird over in stargate fan fic. i presume that david does not like it then or does not find the 'level' it works on

I'm fine about it... I just don't usually read the fanfics.... but I found some comment relating to the chicken one on practically every thread I visited. It's even in your signature, so I had to go and look.

You should pull it all together into one story, without everyones comments in the middle of it.

Good idea David, Skip, i think this should be your assignment when you go on holiday...after all, what can you possibly find to do for 2 weeks in Florida? Emmmm, nothing to do so, there you go...HOMEWORK!

starling  :erm: :errrr: :flash:  :)

hehe..well from what i can tell Skips gonna spend most of her time in a net cafe over there, so she may as well have something useful to do while she's there ;)
