Hi people, I have a question I am a fan of the older anime like Fist of the North Star, The Dirty Pair etc. I have been trying to find the five movies that was made called "Crying Freeman" I have had no luck on the web the only thing I could find were books or comic books. Since Crying Freeman has been made into an action movie I was hoping they would bring out the animation. Does anyone now where I can go to find them? Thank you so much.

i dunno about Crying freeman...but u like fist of the north star?i have the first 3 eps of that, but no one from around here has ever heard of it!

The main problem with Fist of the North Star - the version I saw, anyway - was that it was one movie cobbled together from all seventy-odd episodes. It made very little sense, but was entertaining enough. I doubt, though, that I could watch more than a couple of episodes. Those exploding heads just got silly.

i only have ever seen the first three episodes.I got them fer Christmas but i do like it!I couldnt watch the whole seris from start to finish like i could most animes i watch....but its entertaining enough

*mouth goes drop*BLUE GENDER!!!!!!!!OMG!*tackles trunks and takes it from him*I've wanted to see that for ever!!!!!!

BTW its the first 8 volumes of BG

I'm not sure what you mean by philosophical but 'Night on the Galactic Railroad' may be interesting. Full of symbolism, this is a movie worth watching by people of all ages. Kinda slow in pace, a lot like being on an actual train, but good anyway. Dreamy and surrealistic.

The only other movie that come to mind is Avalon. This is a movie directed by the same guy that did 'Ghost in the Shell'. This one isn't worth owning, but may be worth seeing if you can see it for cheap.

See a review here. **Does contain spoilers**
