BOBW - October 27 and 28

I hate to sound like an idiot (not that I don't usually, it's that blonde thing showing through I think) but could someone please tell me what bobw stands for?

Its actually a Star Trek episode or something, i believe :)
So, are you going to the convention?

Oh I should have guessed but I didn't put it together with star trek (hits head on wall)

No unfortunately i am flat broke and have no holiday time left anyway.....so no conventions for me this year:(
 
yeah, im the same (about being broke that is) and it's a little awkward me gfoin because im go young...

Hi there,

I'm new here, however I would just like to ask a few questions re the CON.... Is it October this year 2001?
It's just that I thought we recently had one.

Where do I find out more information about it, as I would love to go? I also heard that you can do volunteer work at them. Hubby could probably do security, if that's the case.

If anyone could help me, I would be very much appreciative.

Regarding the BOBW13 Convention. It is on October 27, 28 and 29 of this year (2001). Yes, we did recently have one earlier this year in February. It's in Sydney.
The guest list has not been announced yet, but we are hoping that it will be shortly. You can get more information at their website:

Yeah that sucks Martouf :(, it be good if the convention moved all around australia, then everyone could see it
 
yeah, it would be wicked if they came to adelaide!! i could catch an pvernight bus, stay with my sister or grandparents, catch a cab everywhere!!!
 
It's at the SOuthern Cross Hotel. On the corner of Elizabeth and George Streets in the city. I think BOBW hold all their conventions there.
 
A good location. Central to everything (if you're not in Tassie or SA, of course ;) )
 
Man, if there was a convention in Adelaide I would die!
Just jump on the Gawler Central train....30 mins later, rock up at the convention....

ahhh, dreamworld....

im probably going to move to sydney/nsw some day :)
 
i might be moving to adelaide at the end of the year, or at the end of yr 12 :(
