we freeze & boil freeze & boil all day because none of us ever agree on the temp. so we are constantly turning up the heat turning up the airconditioning & opening & closing the belcany door. It's only because it's a converted meetingroom that we can adjut them temp. Tis a government office, rest on the building is a set temp.:crazy:

however - i DID become a hockey fan from watching MacGyver - so, how about you become the fan of a sport b/c your fave character plays/loves/etc that sport??

I've just spent 45 minutes reading through these threads from start to end and I have come across a lot of things that other folks do that make me realise show that I've been watching too much Stargate because:

1) Jolinar is a password
2) I have Jack and Daniel quotations taped around my desk for inspiration
3) I considered should I spend £5000 on a registration plate for my car that said SG1
4) I say "fer crying out loud" all the time - and have done all my life
5) I have an SG1 screensaver, skin, phone ringtone, bumper sticker (made it myself from a download) and a mousemat
6) I log on to eBay every day to see what SG1 gem I can buy even though I can't afford it
7) I had my dad transfer my videos to CD so that I can watch episodes at work on my computer
8) I tape episodes while I watch them, even if I already have it on tape
9) I spend a fortune of on-line time on ascifi boards
10) I accidentally called my husband "Jack"
11) I suddenly find combat drab grey/green very attractive
12) I actually took up heiroglyphics and Egyptian mythology as a hobby
13) Reading through this list has scared me!!!!

Could I be a teeny bit obsessed???

My excuse - I was half asleep at the time...... you know, in that lovely half awake place when you are not sure whether you are dreaming or not!! He seemed to understand, he knows I have an obsession. Apparently I had been muttering in my sleep something about closing irises and incoming travellers. Aaaah I like that sleepy place............
