My son has a program that allows you to downsize pictures on your hard drive. When your five hundredth post is near e-mail my son (Or one of the other moderators who reduce the pictures to avatar size), send him or her the picture you want as an avatar and they can download it to thier hard drive from your email and then he or she can reduce the size of the original one to one that the avatar poster will accept (52 X 52 pixels is the biggest size it will accept). Then when it is reduced the moderator can email it back to you to have you upload it.
