i think if you are going on looks then its carter but if on the otherhand its charicter then daniel jackson is realy good as he has an interest in the people they meet on the planets not just to have a gun and shoot everything that looks like an enermy :rolly2:

Yeah, Marty was great. I hope they bring him back too

I know he wasn't one of the *main* characters, but he an interesting guy and I'm sure we could have had a few more storylines involving him.
I think he deserved a better death. I mean, sure, it was a bit of a twist, but I think he could have been given a better "goodbye"... although the ending was quite touching *sniff*

No I have not seen his last episodes either but I really like Marty and think that they could do so much more with him but I do remember reading that one of the writters said that he may not be gone forever as they could bring him back with a sarcophagus (that would be good) but supose we will have to wait and see

Yeah, I read that too, but don't the Tokra not use the sarcophagus??? - Then again, there is quite alot about the Tokra that people don't know!

(Plus, I guess he could appear as *flash backs* and stuff)

As far as I know the Tok'ra don't use a sarcophagus but maybe they could make an exception for Marty
