How do you post a pic. I tried to attach a pic, but it wouldn't work. any advice?

On posting pics.
I think they have to be jpags
and on my I have to make sure
there the right size. For some reason
if there to big they would post. I try to keep
my sizes at 30. something or smaller.
Then I click of the file Attachment and pray
that the pics i pick will come in
good for everyone to enjoy.
