I like these pictures, but how do people get them? I mean, how do people get the shots off the shows to put online? Are they off DVD's or what?

I like that one with Jack and Daniel. I have no idea where it's from. The only one's I know for sure are the one's where Daniel's got long hair, that's the best clue on which series.
