looks like we can go into stargate ecstasy in sept. warm up the vcr's and buy those 8 hour tapes cause on sept 8th there are gonna be 8, yes 8 eps in a row....culminating in wormhole extreme!!!

i'm so excited i just cant hide it!!!i'm about to lose control and i think i like it......

now let's just hope showtime ain't pullin pur legs.

having checked it out it seems that off this eight only two will be new: desperate measures and wormhole x-treme. the other six will be re-runs of the first six episodes of seaosn five. still can't complain.

not gonna complain at all. first of all if they do it once theymight do it again and second of all the next friday is gatecon and i was really afraid they would play wormhole extreme that day and i'd miss it

I hope they aren't, too. But what if this is just a typ-o, a mistake? I'm going to wait until I hear the trailer on Showtime before I buy a bunch of VHS tape and make Jaffa-java (a.k.a. REALLY strong pot of coffee) for the night.

Don't get me wrong. I think Stargate is more than worthy of marathon status and then some!!!!! I just don't want to get my hopes up too high.

It's happening

I looked at the Showtime website for the 9th of Sepetember, and it shows that they are going to show 8 episodes in a row. The first one starts at 12:30 PM, and the last one starts at 8 PM. This is on Showtime East, whatever that is.

You lucky US people. Mind you, I felt lucky enough when the UK channel started doing S2 doubles when they got to the end of the series (yes, to get it off the screens, but we shan't go there).

they haven't... they've just moved back 2 wednesday nites, so the repeats are back 2 8pm on wednesdays:rolly2:
