Ummm, well obviously we're all completely and utterly in love in Daniel, just like almost every other women he's ever come across!! Let's recap on these women of incredibly good taste!
Sha're
Sha're (Sha'uri in the movie) is Daniel's wife (if you didn't know that should you even be here!?!) She's 'presented' to him in the movie, right after a whole bunch of other women have their hands all over him, 'cleaning' him and apparently leaving him smelling like a yak!! He mistakes Sha're for another of the cleaning ladies....just imagine his surprise when she starts taking off her clothes!! At this point he's incredibly gentlemanly and refuses to 'use' her...aawwwww!
Of course he's even more surprised when he finds out that he's her husband! Well as far as the Abydonians are concerned. Sha'uri apologises for not telling them "that you did not want me" and we find out that ofcourse he wanted her and a passionate moment follows (yes i did smile my way through that scene! LOL)
At the end of the movie he decides that he'd rather stay on Abydos with his wife than go back home to Earth.
Unfortunately the 'happy ever after' only lasts a year. In "Children of the Gods" she's taken by Apophis. Daniel returns to Earth and joins SG1 with Sha're as his driving force! Later in the episode he learns that Sha're has been possesed by a Goa'uld starting what becomes Daniel's mantra for the next two and a half years "Something of the host must survive!"
In Secrets Sha're makes a comeback. We learn that her Goa'uld is called Amonet who is the mate of Apophis and Sha're/Amonet is having his child. There is something in the hormonal imbalance of a pregnant human female that drives the Goa'uld parasite into dormancy so Sha're was herself. Obviously lots of rare emotions follow. Daniel reassures her that he still loves her and refuses to leave her side even when they are in danger of being found by Heru'ur.
The boy was hidden by Kasuf. After Amonet re-emmerged, she saw Daniel and Teal'c in hiding but did not say anything...I guess 'something of the host must survive'!!
Sha're makes her second comeback in "Forever in a Day". Amonet is looking for her child and her forces had captured a large number of the Abydonians for questioning. SG teams 3, 5 and 9 managed to rescue them and overcome Amonet's forces. As for Daniel he sees her standing in the tent and decides to go 'talk' to her. She uses the ribbon device on him, making it appear like she's trying to kill him. However Sha're uses this opportunity to transfer her thoughts/feelings to Daniel, telling him to forgive Teal'c and find the child, called Shifu, who is a Harcisis. He has the genetic memory of the whole of the Goa'uld. We later find out that he's being cared for by "Oma Desala" which Daniel transalated as 'Mother Nature'.
This episode also has a few really cute moments like Daniel waking up to find that Sha're is well and herself and him waking up next to her. He also tells Jack that the only thing that kept him going is the hope that he would be able to rescue Sha're and now he has no reason to keep on going so is going to leave!! It's Sha're who convinces him otherwise. (thank you Sha're!)
Melosha
In "The Broca Divide", everyone was suffering from a viral infection. This virus causes its victims to exhibit extremely primitive behavior. At first it did not affect Teal'c, Dr. Frasier or Daniel. But he was captured by some of the 'Touched' and once his anti-histamine run out he was just as susceptable as the rest. So he did 'mate' with Melosha but he wasn't in control. It wasn't something he chose.
Hathor
In "Hathor", The Goa'uld Hathor, who Daniel believed to be the 'mother' of most Goa'uld, was sent to Daniel from an excavation of a Mayan temple. Hathor attempted to create a nest at SGC by employing chemical or pheromone based drug to 'seduce' the male population of SGC. This worked on Daniel too. She decided that Daniel was going to be her new king and she was going to use his DNA to help her 'create' more Goa'uld. Ofcourse this means she had to obtain the DNA in the first place!! YUCK!!
She also coined the term "our beloved"...well some good had to come from it.
Hathor makes a comeback in "Into the Fire". She's still wants to build up an army but her phermone doesn't work on humans anymore. She still refers to Daniel as "Our Beloved" he makes some comment on how hard he's trying to forget their last encounter. Okay breakups can be hard but this....!!
Shyla
In 'Need', Daniel stops Princess Shyla of P3R 636 from commiting suicide. This leaves her think that Daniel is her "destiny" and what does danny think of this claim "whou....ahh...what?"
Shyla manages to get Daniel addicted to the Sarcophagus he goes along at first only in the interest of peace and to try and convince Pyrus (Shyla's dying father) to release SG1 from the Naquadah mines.
Unfortunately the Sarcophagus has a few minor side effects. Sam sensed from her memories of Jolinar that the sarcophagus takes out all rational behavior from the occupant, leaving them a little evil. Because of this Daniel agrees to marry Shyla and tells Jack that there is no chance of him find Sha're again and he can't spend the rest of his life looking. (The sarcophagus..remember!)
At the end of the episode Daniel manages to convince Shyla to destroy the damn thing (sarcophagus) and to free ALL the people working in the mines.
Ke'ra or Linea
We firts met Linea in "Prisoners" she is refered to as 'The Destroyer of Worlds'. At the end of the episode she escapes to an unknown planet. We find her again in "Past and Present" However the population of the planet have all been made younger and had their memories erased and they don't know it's happened. Ke'ra is a scientist, who is trying her best to help, is very popular and most of the inhabitants adore her.
Daniel decides he adores her too. Sorry this time no viral infection, no pheromone and no sarcophagus. I think it should be noted that this takes place just after "Forever in a Day" and Daniel babe is seriously upset. He does say that he lost Sha're a long time ago but I don't think he really believes that. 'The Destroyer of Worlds' is just the absolute worst rebound in the history of broken hearts.
SG1 begin to suspect that Ke'ra is actually Linea and so Ke'ra takes the antidote they've been working on....surprise, surprise she is!
Anise
Umm not much to say about the "Tok'ra barbie" Freya, the host, had a thing for Jack. but the snake perferred Daniel! Is it his fault he's sooo adorable?
Sarah Kane
When Daniel's old professor Dr. Jordan dies, Daniel goes to pay his respects. However he ends up running into an old love (this was before Sha're..he's still loyal)Sarah Kane. Sarah is incredibly curious as to what Daniel been doing for the past few years, of course he does not/can not tell her...but I bet he really wants to! She says that she spent years waiting for Daniel to publish a paper etc etc.
They seem to be becoming close again when Daniel figures out that she's been taken by a Goa'uld too. Damn another person Daniel cared for has been taken by the Goa'uld, this can not be good for him!
