They actually ARE 'Official' posters. We have a merchandise contract with MGM for the posters, Calendars, Keychains and a few other things.

I did all 4 of the posters, and my partner in crime Richard Pasco did the 2002 Calendar.

Yes we do.... BUT..... (BIG BUT)...

Because of the lisencing agreement with MGM, we can only sell them to the USA or Canada. Bummer.

why does MGM do that? i mean you would get more $$$ in if they would let you sell them world wide.. but i suppose mgm are like gods, and we must follow their rules...
whos idea was it to make the kewl stargate keyrings? they are sooo cool... (although the symbols arnt correct...hehe...no offence)

The Keyring came from a template that was modified from the German office of MGM. (Really nice people those German's... and MAD SG-1 Fans)

You can actually get a global contract, but the cost of getting one is phenominal $$... No way we could afford it.

I have a feeling... but don't quote me on this... That there is an MGM office in Sydney.

FOX handles all of the MGM distribution stuff in Aus.

I bet if MGM was in Australia we would get local releases of the CD's, books etc. but FOX are crap. look how long it takes for them to release DVD's and videos we are soo far behind the UK.

Squire, there's quite a few of them on ebay. I have a sneaking suspicion I know who's selling them but due to the potential legal ramifications I don't think I should disclose my suspicions. They're good suspicions .... I mean, if it's who I think it is, it's the best source of the things for us outside the US and Canada.
