level 18 is just android 18 remember she got married to Krillin and had marron who is sitting in the audience with yamcha bulma chichi master roshi the ox king and puar and oolong.

The fat guy is just some fat guy who tries to intimidate krillin and fails i think thats what they are on about haven't seen it in a while.

I don't know where you got this "level 18" thing from, but she is never refered to as "level". The dub calls her "android", and the manga just refers to her as #18. There's also the long japanese word that means "18", but I don't know how to spell that.
