If people don't air their grievences, then convention organisers will never know which area to improve.
I welcome all comments, and for that same reason I have placed a facility on our web site to do so.
I do get a bit miffed at those people who just seem to go on slander campaigns, and never back anything they say up with relavant coherant points. Those are the people I simply choose to ignore. They don't help anyone by simply attacking a convention... They would be taken more seriously if they offered points on how they would have liked to see the problem areas fixed.
But just because people don't like a convention, it doesn't mean that they are bad people.... Anni said she didn't like Gatecon, but I have met Anni in person, and she is such a nice person. Her views of the convention shouldn't (and won't) change the fact that she is a genuine and nice person, and I appreciate the fact that people like her are honest in their views without being hurtful or destructive in their comments.
