Hey everyone,

Has anyone tried to book their hotel room at Heathrow Park Hotel for SG4 yet??
I tried to book mine today and was told it was too early to book for next year!
Just wondering if any of you guys had tried...or if I was told the wrong thing

When I checked for availability last week hotel was unavailable. Probably because of convention, this was thru the net. Mish has booked a hotel for 4 of us in Feb already. ST Giles (SG) hehe !!!!

That's strange. We booked ours this week ok and they've sent us a confirmation for it as well.

Yeah thats what I was worried about.
I checked the hotel on the web and got the same as Annette that the dates were unavalible...which is why I rang them up.
I think I will try and e mail them and see what they say!

Are you going tothis years convention? If you are, then try booking the hotel while you're down there....thats what I'm doing.

Yeah I was thinking of doing that but I don't want all the rooms to be gone by the time we get there.
I got a e mail back from the hotel today and they have told me to ring the hotel and ask for 'in-house resivations' as they would be the ones that could book me a room at the special rate. You have to ring between 9am - 5pm...so I will try that tomorrow
