Who would you choose to replace Daniel?

Who would you choose to replace our fav. archeologist?
It has to be someone known and please explain why.

I think it should be Kowalsky! Get him from an alternate reality & figure out a way to avoid him dieing because of being in a different reality.

oh, because he was Jack's best friend & when he died Danny became his best friend. So it makes sence to bring back his best friend to replace another.:rolly2: plus he's cute too

he didn't have to coz his alternate reality person (our's) was dead anyway, it was only sam that had the problem, coz there were two of them...

and here's one for the jack clones,

how about:
there's an alternate reality and jack is a mechanic / weapons specialist CIVILLIAN,
or we coud take him up on his suggestion in point of view (that there's another "me" [jack] out there who understands whatever your talking about, (sam talking about alternate realities) but he must be a civilian),

and "his" sam died / was killed by goa'uld. Our sam spends weeks without sleeping trying to figure out a way for the other jack to stay (like she does in a hundred days), she succeeds (as always) and he does stay, and coz he's civillian, they get "attatched".

there could be some really angsty scenes (like in the end of point of view -- the kiss) with our jack watching over our sam and the alternate jack make out etc,

whaddya think?

Well not that I really want anyone to replace him....but...

I would have said Martouf..but thats not gunna happen...well not now anyway!


So if I had to choose I would say Skaara...the team all like and know him. He knows all about the Gou'ald ect.
He might even have some new information and stuff coz he was a host for a few years...he would be a good choice..I think

Plus he is way cute!

actually he did have the same problem. Becasue our K is dead, it just ment that the other K didn't suffer the affects as quickly. He's still aventually die if he stayed in our reality.:crying:

Well I cant name someone because there hasnt been anyone on the show that fits the profile I would like to see.
basically that we have lots of suggestions for another alien joining the team but what about a human from another part of the world?
As was pointed out in 2001 any alliance SG1 make is on behalf of all the Earth. But how can they speak for all the countries who dont even know of the gates existence. We know the russians have been involved (very post cold war politics) but isnt it time some of the governments were informed. if this was real life the US may be able to keep this thing a secret for a while but other nations intelligence would be able to do what the Russians did, and if 2010 was real wouldnt America be in trouble from the rest of the world for making that alliance!
Anyway point is I think Daniel should be replaced by someone from another country. (England would be good cos I'm English!! But also we have a lot of ancient history here too. Maybe they could find a use for Stonehenge??)
