really dodgy true story movie

hope i am not offending any canadians here, but I saw amanda tapping in a pretty dull movie on "living" in the UK a few months ago about some amazing canadian rower - I think the main person's character was "Silke", although I could very easily be mistaken.

Amanda was her (i.e the main character's) partner in a double scull, um, i think they won an olympic medal in 1986 or something.

what I saw of the movie was terrible, mind you rowing never makes for exciting tv (apart from the Boat Race) and all I really remember about the movie is that ms tapping looked about 12 yrs old...

I don't think it is listed on her imdb page either
