How to meet up at Wolf Sg4

When we went to SG-3 some of us met up at these sofa's that were in the hotels main lobby at a time we all said on here!
It worked kinda well but then you have to really know what people are going to wear...otherwise no-one knows who you are.
We were lucky last time coz Chellie was wearing this top that had Stargate in purple on the front..and I didn't miss her...
But if anyone has any better ideas that would be cool!

Yeah I had thought of that...but I don't wanna get people to post their pics up here coz I know I won't so others might not....
But other then that its going to be a case of guess work....although Skip and Annette are coming down with someone from here (am I right) so if we get a piccie of Skip then she will be with some of the others....Im going to be there with Summer and Anni...so that us taken care of....
But as for the others on here...I have no idea...it was hard enough last time!!
Any ideas anyone???

hey pamie, we 'meet' again. skip and i are coming with mishkaz(from here too). i may be wearing my angel t-shirt. angel as in david boreanaz(swoon - faints on floor)
i have seen a pic of anni, there is one of myself on post ur pic thread somewhere. can always send u a pic if u like.
can't wait to meet everyone in person.
also before i forget apparently there should be something on the wolf website the weekend on event details.

It's funny, but this has cropped up time after time......Gatecon (where nobody seemed to give a sh*t whether you were trying to find someone or not!), SG3...... where it seemed that there was just too much going on and I actually met up with folk entirely by accident! And now SG4..... It seems to me that we should all agree a TIME and place to meet up, depending upon what time we're all arriving of course.
For those of you attending the cocktail party it should be relatively easy, because there'll only be 250 of you to trawl through, and to be honest, I reckon that you'll all be drooling and salivating so much over MS that you won't care whether the person next to you is someone you have been chatting online with for god knows how long!
Of course, MS may need rescuing from drowning.... and you can bet that Brian from Wolf Events has some hefty security around him, all equipped with snorkel equipment and wet suits. I personally will be sitting in my hotel room cosy and watching TV which to my mind will be a whole lot better than hanging around waiting for my drooling comrades to come down to earth after meeting one of the brightest stars in the heavens (NOT!). Still.....there's no accounting for taste (said the man who kissed the cow!)
I would suggest that those of us wishing to meet up do so on the Saturday morning first thing..... Perhaps meet up either for or just after breakfast or something. Arrange a definite time and a venue..... like 8:00 am by the vending machines in the lobby of the Heathrow Park and don't be afraid to say 'Are you..... whoever?'
Just a few thoughts..... What I DO know is that the ONLY reason I am coming is to meet up with Annette, Skip, Mishkaz, Pamie, Summershake and any others who care to identify themselves. I don't give a stuff about MS and AT!
However, I have promised to get an autograph from MS for a lady in Scotland whose daughter is autistic and who can't get to any of the MS events because she can't leave her child behind and the child is too disruptive to be at such an event.
So I will be coming with Pamie and we should arrive around about 2:30 to 3pm at the Heathrow Park. Over to the rest of you!

I agree with Anni...for a start I too think that Sat morning maybe a better time to meet..as some of us will be at the cocktail party ect...
And at the vending machines is a good idea also instead of the sofas..and if we happen to see each other before that..then cool!
