I just checked the Fifth Race credits and it doesn't say his name. But then again it's not technically Thor in that episode, just another Asgard.
However I do agree with Sphinx. I'm sure I've seen his name in the credits for Thor. I'll have to keep an eye out next time I'm watching a Thor eppy.
