Not sure what it is you are asking. They polarise into two camps as Maria said; either with or against the Valerians; Kira and Dax vs. Sisko and O'Brien.

ok well in rereading the details I guess techinically the point could go to Maria, the answer I was actually after was what sides which were Bajoran versus Federation, however Kira is Bajoran and Sisko is Federation so I will award the point the Maria.
