Romance

There's loads of chemistry in Small victories which I think made that two parter as good as it was. There was the "come fishing" and Carter's obvious desire to go with him. Then in part two when O'Neill was heading off fishing again, you could see in Carter's eyes that again she wanted to go. Then finally when in an asguard ship thor said "Your thinking about the humans on your world". He so obviously meant Jack.

I hope they do get together in the end or as said before it at least gets implied.

p.s. How HOT was AT in this ep?!?!?!?!

Do you live in the UK, cuz if so, both of those eppies were just on.

Yeah I live in Ellesmere Port, Cheshire. Watched both parts of Small Victories this week (although I had seen Part 1 on Channel 4 already). I've been watching coming up to 70 episodes in a row now on Sky One. Things really make sense when you watch them in order :D

My idea of the perfect FINAL scene.

And just for the guys who are a little newer (and unfortunately for the members who have been around), I give my opinion on this issue: I seem to be the only member or fan in the universe that likes the way the shipper stuff has been handled: over a five season period; not a primary arc in the show; just a little here and there; Sam has her own identity; and I LOVED the bet between Jack and Daniel . . . :rolly2:

Yeah, that would be a great last scene, maybe they'll only have a few minor shippy scenes throughout season 6, and save the resolution til the end of the movie? I hope not!

Hey Texane I totally agree! I think Sam has stayed true to character and the fact that she has NOT decided to weep over Jack and confess her undying love to him during any 'life or death' sitch (or vice versa!) is what has made this whole thing bearable, interesting, and, dare I say, fun to watch. I also wait in eager anticipation of future developments of the relationship between these two characters but not until the end, be that the show or the movie, whichever comes last! :D

Yeah, I agree, as long as they have some good shippy moments to keep me goin!

Some of the shippy moments just make an ep as good as they are. What would it be like without them

Damn straight!!!
Divide and Conquer wouldn't have been as good without the shippiness! ( example!)

Haven't seen that one yet, but it looks pretty good (as if stargate sg1 wouldn't look good). Roll on tuesday.

You're in for a treat! It is a MAJOR shippy eppie! And one of my faves, though i have yet to see WOO.

I f Jack and Sam ever got together it would wreck everything - but they have got to get together at the same time!!!! I live for the anticipation!!!! They'll fish together and that's enough - it'll give Teal'c a break!

*jumps up and down waving a white flag*

Just for the record, I don't hate ALL of Jack's exs. I HATED Laira but I liked Sara!

And also I thought that the guy who played Sam's ex was just as slimey in 'Ally McBeal'!
