It looks like a papier mâché lizard's head, with luminous eyes, and a double horn on it's nose. It's mouth is large enough to permit a man to enter, and has steps up inside. Smoke intermittently comes out of it, but I'm not sure where from.

I have no idea about most of these, TOS isn't my strong suit. But I'll take a stab at it anyway. Umm, humans with bumps on their foreheads? (No clue but pretty much all aliens look like that) Though with my luck its one of the few non-human aliens, like glowing balls or bouncing balls.
