How many seasons do you think Buffy will last?

Oh I really hope they don't end it on a cliffhanger!
I don't think Mr. Whedon would want to do that. Perhaps a neat ending that leaves the way open for future events (can anyone say movie sequel?) but I don't think we would be left hanging altogether.

is Vampyre looking for the Vampire Slayer's old-folks home? :)

I'm guessing Joss wouldn't leave it on a cliffhanger either - but ya never know -- we could get something really weird -

::sigh::

All good things come to an end. Some before their time, others...should have died ages ago...

But the one thing I'd miss is the quality of the show. Thats one of the main reasons I watch it.

I did read an article a few days ago with someone important (could even have been on the Xander photo thread) saying that S7 will be the last as Joss wants to work on other projects.

And that's fair enough.

I will remain chilled as long as he doesn't even think about giving us any kind of "It was all a dream" line - that might make me scream!

Sidhe - obcooke has posted a link to that article in the first page of this thread, just FYI.

oh, I'm sure too --

and I don't think Joss will go the way of 'it's all a dream' - b/c that is about the lamest ending for any story --

Joss will give us something we can enjoy, even knowing that the show is ending ---

Does Sarah Michelle Gellar get a vote? If she does, put her down for definitely one more and after that, who knows?

Warning the interview contains some vague news about Season Seven, although Sarah claims ignorance about plot details.

Click here to read the interview.

That sounds as though she definitely won't be in the series after Season 7, even if it does continue. And let me tell you this

I won't be watching 'Dawn, the Vampire Slayer'!

not too much in the line of speculation - but there is something -

Does this mean there WILL be season 7? I'm guessing 'yes' - considering what's happened already -- (no spoilers, promise) - and the way Nicholas and Sarah have been talking in these interviews ---

we'll just have to wait and see what happens ----

Okay- that was just a bit excessive --

not to mention that it severely alters the screen size --

Yeh, Vampyre, would you mind editing it down? It really sucks having to scroll for ages to read the posts... :eek7:
