Who is Anubous

Who is Anubous? well I may have an idea , heres what we know bout him




1. He hides his true self behind a hologram
2. He may be a robot
3. He Increased the Gould Ships speed shilds and weapons


Well I think he is a replicator, you may laugh because ur saying he doesnt look like a spider right? well remember Thor said that Replicators can take all shapes? and when they get on board peoples ships they increase shilds,weapons,and the ships speed so they can attack larger ships to get their metals


FREAKY OR WHAT!!!
 
I think Jonas is really Anubis, or maybe the Chevron Guy (it's always the one you least suspect).
 
The current theory floating around the net is that it may be our old buddy Apophis.
 
Apophis or Sokar, who took on the persona of the most feared Goa'uld. That would make sense. (don't ask Anni. She'll give you an earful about what she thinks about the new schmuck!) :D

HE IS SOMEONE WHO WE HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE! Is it so hard to accept that the new bad guy gould is well... new?!

And: HE IS NOT HIDING BEHIND A HOLOGRAM! He isnt wearing a mask! That is his real 'face'!!!!

well, we saw how apophis "died", didnt we? he was killed by replicators, right? well we found out before that replicators are made out of what they eat, so perhaps one of the replicators ate apophis ((the snake itself)) and BECAME apophis?

i think too much, but its a cool idea, right?

Anubis - represented as a Jackal or a desert Dog. He over-saw the embalming process, the burial and guided the dead to the underworld.

Once there, with the aid of the God Thot, he would supervise weighing the heart of the dead, if the heart was found to be in balance then the dead would be introduced to Osiris - The Lord of the Underworld.

Anubis was also the guardian of the necropolis...

There were also many traditions as to who his parents were, from Osiris and Nephthys to Re (Ra) and Nephthys, including many others traditions, from his mother being the cat goddess Bastet, to the Cow goddess Hesat...

Well, thats how history (briefly, there's quite a bit more ) recalls Anubis :)

lol spooky, with some of things we've seen in SG it wouldn't be too hard to imagine them writing that in ;)

in SG I just hope he's just a super powerful Goa'uld who'll give us some good stories (although I can just imagine him using the 'dark side of the force' ;) )

It's odd that TPTB are being so tight-liped about this. Its been a secret for ages. I'm such whatever it is will be a surprise and very interesting.

I'm just wondering, does he have anything to do with the Ancients. Considering the events in Redemption. I mean, he did know how to use that machine.

I just read on gateworl.net that the replicators are gonna evolve and will be able to take on a human form...so the initial theory about Anubis being a replicator mabye wasn't so wrong at all...lol
 
That's sooo weird. How would a Replicator blend with a Human/Goa'uld?

And if this is true , does that mean when you shoot him will he just reconstruct himself. That would be one formidable enemy!
 
I have no idea, just read about it at gateworld. I think it'll take some time until we'll get some more spoilers...
