How Many Batman Films Do You Own?

Batman (DVD)
Batman Returns (DVD)
Batman Forever (DVD)
Batman & Robin (DVD)
Batman Begins (DVD & Blu-Ray)
The Dark Knight (Blu-Ray)

I have Batman, Batman Begins, and The Dark Knight. I also have one dvd from the Animated Series collection. I've been meaning to get Batman Returns for a while. I like the first two Burton films for the cinematography, set design, etc. but they really can't a hold a candle to the Nolan movies in terms story, theme, or acting.

Batman Begins, Dark Knight.

And if it counts - Mask of the Phantasm. IMO, superior to all of the live action films, even the later ones.

Batman (1989)
Batman Begins
The Dark Knight

...and the best Batman film they ever made, the 1966 Adam West film. Seriously, does it get better than that!?

Wholeheartedly agree! I seem to have a knack of seeing the Adam West one about once a year on daytime TV ( I swear they must play it once a month?). I really must invest in a dvd copy of this cheeseball classic :)

As for which ones I own... Only Batman Begins on HD

I have a boxed set of four, called The Batman Legacy, which contains: Batman; Batman Returns; Batman Forever; Batman & Robin.

I only really wanted the first two (keaton) films, but the set was on a special offer.

Technically I have 1 as I have never bought the others for myself, but... my wife has all the modern ones. The same box set as Ursa rendered her with the Batman thru Batman & Robin movies, all of which she really likes, so who am I to argue.

I bought her Batman Begins and bought The Dark Knight on BluRay as we'd just bought the player and wanted something to play on it (other than DVD's) and figured it was the kind of movie that would be worth it. (We still haven't watched it...)

i have all of them as well. Returns remains my favourite of all 6 of them. Though i do prefer the Nolan Bats more than the others. I liked Val Kilmer as Batman more than anyone else, including Christian Bale... (something about Bale's lisp in the cowl i just can't get past).

Just the Dark Knight on bluray, and mainly because Ledger's Joker is one of my all-time favorite movie villains. Batman Begins was pretty good, though the thing Bale does with his voice is ridiculous.

I liked the Burton films alright, but generally Tim Burton isn't really my thing. Kilmer did ok in a pretty weak/campy one. Never saw Batman & Robin.

LOVED the original from the 60s though. Random fact: the only NBA game I've ever attended had Adam West doing the tip off. It was the highlight of the game... I don't even remember the teams but I remember wanting to go get his autograph at halftime.

....I liked Val Kilmer as Batman more than anyone else, including Christian Bale....

... and including me, I think.

I've two Keatons and one animation (whose title escapes me) on VHS, so I guess there's something of a question mark over whether I actually still have any of 'em. Hmmm....
