Hmmm, Corai and Bloodlines are another two eps that I've avoided watching. I seem to be very good at forgetting eps that I really want to forget. Tin Man doesn't rate high on my list, but I have watched it -- if only to remind myself of how this sets up for Double Jeopardy -- that is the right one, I think
The others you named -- again not on my list of favorites, but I have managed to watch most of them. Spirits seems a bit hokey to me. I mean, I love First People's culture, but to transplant a tribe from British Columbia to a planet that looks remarkably like British Columbia and have them evolve over centuries to become exactly like they were in 19th century Canada seems a stretch to me. My "disbelief" couldn't take that much strain.
And it probably doesn't help that we can watch eps over and over on tape and DVD. Every flaw, every inconsistency becomes glaringly apparent after frequent viewings. It is clear that the TV/film industry is still not prepared for an audience that can review the work after it has been performed -- unlike in live theatre where the experience is over when the curtain closes.
