I don't know how much I should give away or how much you want to know, Lisa.
In case you or somebody else doesn't want to get spoiled too much, better don't scroll down. I'll add spolier space because I'm giving away some details.

The episode starts with a shot from an alien planet. We can see three men walking, one older and two younger.
The old man is telling a story, apparently one he just told hours ago without remembering. So there's a little banter between the boys and the old man when suddenly a bright light is blending them.
From an above angle we now see a naked figure lying on the ground and the camera zooms in.
One of the boys goes over and asks the man on the ground who he is.
Cut to Daniel, looking confused, a bit panicky and very disorientated: "I don't know."
That's the end of the teaser.
We're now in the SGC and see Jonas working on the tablet he, Sam and Daniel found in Full Cirlce. He suddenly seems to get the translation right and runs off towards Hammond's office, almost running two SF's down in his hurry, grabbing Martin Wood by the shoulders in the elevator and enthusiastically telling him about his progress (nice little cameo) and then finally entering Hammond's office where the general and Sam are talking.
He tells them that the Lost City most certainly is the last the Ancients added to their gate adresses before they disappeared and therefore they should check out the last address from the ones that got downloaded into Jack's brain in The Fifth Race.
SG-1 goes there with SG-5 and 8 in tow (if I'm not mistaken) and finds a nomadic tribe. The one from which we saw three members in the beginning. One of the SG teams secure the perimeter outside of the city and - come across Daniel. They take him back to SG-1 who are surprised to see their friend there.
Daniel can't remember them and brushes them off, then heads to his tent.
Jack tries to talk to him, telling him who he is, that he died or rather ascended a year ago and helped them to fight Anubis.
Then Sam talks to him, trying to persuade him to accompany them back to earth. Daniel is distant and isn't sure he wants to remember who he is. Obviously all he knows is that he 'did something wrong'. He's afraid he won't like the person he once was. Sam tells him what a good man he was, determined to help other people, always putting other people's needs before his own.
Daniel decides to come back.
He still doesn't remember anything, neither the SGC itself nor Hammond who is greeting them at the end of the ramp and welcomes Daniel back.
He gets checked out in the infirmary and Janet confirms it really is Daniel, handing him his glasses. There's a short Jack/Daniel banter there.
Then Jack takes him to a VIP room crammed with some of his stuff. Apparently they tossed out a junk, but Jack kept some of his personal belongings "alive", like Sha're's picture which stands on the bedside table. Daniel doesn't recognize her.
Jack leaves and Daniel goes to sleep and dreams of Sha're.
He goes to Teal'c to tell him the news. It's a heart-breaking scene because Daniel's child-like euphoria over remebering someone and now being sure the memories are "all in there somewhere" stands in stark contrast to Teal'c's reaction, who realizes he has to tell Daniel the only person he remembers -his wife- is dead.
Okay, that's about in the middle of the episode so I'll stop now.
Hope you get to see it soon and I could give you a bit of insight.
