Its a pillow of her head. A nice poufy pillow in the shape and colors of her head. A HUGE pillow. Quite scary.

lol my brother has a few of those SD gundam things. They are hilarious... the head is bigger than the body!! But they're pretty small... fit in the palm of my hand
