I'm still mad he got Sansa's name wrong. I could care less about political debates, I'm angry! How dare you criticize a character based on fictional similarities to words that hold meaning on a personal level!

That's like saying that I don't like Frodo because his name reminds me of aFros which were a symbol of apartheid, and therefore Frodo is evil.

What? Go away! I hope never to see that poster again barring a lobotomy, therapy, and lots of pharmaceuticals.

To get it back onto topics more Ice and Fire related.... I just plain can't stand it (much like SW) when people continually get the names wrong! Once or twice - fair enough, typos, I'll cop that. But again and again with the Jamie, the Brianna, the Sasana, the Danny.... It can't just be me, surely. Or were their names spelt differently for the Australian edition?

Sigh. Rant over.
 
Well, Dani is the only acceptable nickname for Daenerys because it is used in the books. She's not a trucker! No more Danny!
 
I thought in the books it was shortened to Dany? Don't have mine on hand to check, though. Dani looks like a popette in an all-girl, all-dubbed manufactured group.

Here in Australia we have a method of paying bills (water, phone, etc) over the net that has been dubbed 'E-Bill'. Maybe they're trying to say Sansa is actually a money-transferring technique! How..abstract..
