Ok i guess guy and girls find different things attractive, I thought Willow wasn't really cute at all, plus her personality really put me off, Yes she got more confident as the seasons went on but I can't deal with a wall flower who's so insecure, uncertain and lacking in confidnce..

Now hot? Definitly Julie Benz or DARLA.. you can't touch that... so sexy and sultry..
 
Buffy every time.:D Yeah I totally had a *crush* on her, I know everyone says Evil Willow, and I get it, but I heart Buffy!! Plus Oz and Spike were the best guys, Angel was a bit blah. Oh and Giles singing Wish I could stay in OMWF, *sigh*. Plus the Mustard guy,(OMWF) just because I loved his enthusiasm, it won me over.:D
 
Hehe- I have a deep and abiding love for Sarah/Buffy (the college season...she looked terrific), but Allyson is enormously cute as well, and has only gotten more so.

Of all the peripheral characters, I thought Harmony was a knockout as well. Probably underrated because of her ditzy character, but she "growed up" quite wll in Angel...
 
I dunno bout giles but damn I loved Willow and Tara and Kennedy and Buffy and Faith... what can i say all the women were hot. My personal fave was willow tho...
 
Buffy, Darla and Fred(Angel) come to mind, so i'll go with those(i'm shocked by how few have gone for Buffy herself!)
 
I'd have to go for Kendra, even if she was only in three episodes...:p
 
Well I think Faith was definitely the most sexual so vote goes there but Cordelia was soooo hot, Evil Willow looked good, Darla was very nice, Jenny Calender was also hot

Well.. I think that Julie Benz is absolutely stunning, and Eliza Dushku is really as wonderful as Faith.. She brings a lot of rawness into Faith, which is one of the reasons why I consider her sexy.

Also that girl who Zander met in a hardware store who turned out to be a demon. Can't remember her name, but she tied him to the garage ceiling and was going to cut his heart out before Buffy bust in and offed her.
 
Dark Willow (and just Willow in seasons 4, 5 and 6 in general) would have to be my choice for most attractive female...the fact that she achieves prettiness so subtly and without much make-up is very appealing. Tara can be seen to have similar qualities at times too.
 
Faith was the hottest girl.

She was my favorit girl in Buffy too. She had so much charisma and personality.

I always forgave her wrong doing very easily :)
