Transformers the Movie

I agree but . . .

TRANSFORMERS = MONEY COW.

Speilberg involved I think saved this from being truly awful.

Cybertron was a let down and Megatrons inprisonment and subsequent escape was a bit odd and didn't fit with the stories time line!

How cute is Megan Fox though lol (Just bring the tone down)

Went to see the movie with a friend. She had not seen it yet and this week was her last chance to catch it on the big screen. It's school holidays here so the cinema was filled with kids who'd all watched the cartoons.

It was a revelation. Kids have the most penetrating voices especially when upset or indignant.

This was the best. This little boy spent the movie on the edge of his seat literally waiting for Megatron to appear.

When he did there was this sharp indignant wail and the child turns to his very embarassed mother and tells her very firmly that it is NOT Megatron. This followed by a loud, detailed description of Megatron.

I shall not say anything anything about another child who was rather upset at the goings on IN and ON Bumble Bee between Sam and Mikhaela. Thought it was injurious to Bumble Bee's dignity.

I saw this recently, found it noisy and hectic but enjoyed the graphics, was very american, got fidgety... which isnt like me.. i love movies especially CGI...
maybe i should have taken a child with me hehehe!!

I think it could have done without many of the cliches. (The guy running down the street with his cell phone, screaming about Armageddon, and the loud master hacker) Neither were funny.

The kid playing the lead was pretty good, though. Pimping his eBay page during a report was a good touch, I thought. The action was good. Two thumbs up for the CGI heroes! I didn't like the story, for the most part. everything was so expected, but then again, so was the story for the cartoon:)
