If I wanted to collect

Order through US companies, or Amazon Marketplace, making sure you get the right edition, basically. Shipping costs a bit extra, obviously.
 
I have all the Malazan books but the only one that is Hardcover is The Bonehunters, and this spring I will also have Reapers Gale in HC. They really do make a nice collection though and I love being able to re-read them any time I want to.
 
ok so I've ordered RG in hardback for the spring, I've got HB, MOI the US version,

So I was messing about on Ebay

I've got a TPB of MOI with a strange copy of DHG, its trade paper back but on the front it has 'BOOK PROOF' writen on it and on the back it has, 'UNCORRECTED PROOF COPY, not for distribution or resale', on the back, looked pretty unquie, that and the MOI, TPB was only £25 so even if its garbage it wasn't expenise. I also got a PS Pubishing signed and numbered copy of The Devil Delivered the paperback one, which is really nice and good condition.

Just got some nice addtions to my collection

The paperback PS publishing edtions signed of healthy dead and the blood follows.

Signed US 1st edtions of GOTM and DHG, and also signed proof copy of GOTM, very nice and sent to me in excellect condition from the US.

I also got a copy of Bonehunter in hardback for £17 felt that was a real good find.

My question is what format do the 1st edtion of the UK books come in, I have them all in MMPB, but I am assume the early books all come in TPB, any help guys?​
 
Yep, the first editions of the UK versions for the early books are all TPB. They started with HB editions at House of Chains, iirc, but still bring out the TPBs at the same time, so they are still first editions for all the books:)
 
No probs. There's even some on amazon marketplace at the moment for stupidly low prices. I've seen one go on ebay for £500, and these are £25:D
 
well I've tracked down a Hb uk edtion for HoC but I will be dammed if I can find a Hb MT, uk edtion, its impossible I think, I've got the isbn 0593046277. Anyone know a good site
