No but you do get a free drink or two at the book launches.

And I have lost count the amount of times at Fantasycons we have drunk the bar dry and on occasions went for breakfast because the bar closed, last year being the latest one.:D

You will be easy enough to spot we will just get someone to go around offering free PEANUT BUTTER SARNIES AND COFFEE,THEN WATCH WHAT ORANGE CLAD PERSON MAKES A RUNNER FOR THE DOOR.:p:D
 
Yep, got a confirmation email earlier about both the convention and the booking for the hotel. It's all sorted now, woop! Roll on Thursday! Very much looking forward to meeting Chronners there...and I finally get to meet the Green One in his human form :D Woo HOO!

Yep, got mine too...Now all I have to decide whether or not to show myself at the pick-up point, or quietly slide away hidden by my newspaper.....:D:D

If I wasn't going to Aussie, I'd have surely be there. Running for the door during the coffee breaks.:p

Hopefully this version will prove to be both more enduring and more accurate than the one that appeared back in May, only to be taken down again almost as soon as it was posted. :D
 
Thanks Ian. I now know what time I need to be there for on Saturday, so I can register and be ready for the Terry Brooks interview. I know the gent doing the interview, and have been teasing him a bit about it.:D
 
So how did Fantasycon go in the end? I would have liked to have gone, but too many family commitments :(
