Cowl

I read this recently but I struggled a little with it. I found some of the timetravel stuff difficult to follow but no surpriese there; time travel stuff is always difficult to follow!
Finished it last night. It fried my brain a little bit, too - but that doesn't take much doing. I did have to keep re-reading parts to try and get it all straight in my head, not entirely sure I succeeded, LOL.

That said, I thoroughly enjoyed it. That's the fifth of Neal's books that I've read so far. I've been describing them to friends as SF with the dial turned up to 11 (in a Spinal Tap stylee, but without the miniature Stone Henge). Totally mad but wow, what a ride. Thanks Neal! :)

My most recent Asher is The Skinner. Though a little slow to start I think it was probably my favourite so far. Awesome!

Hey you can't hit every button every time for every one. If you could I think I'd build a temple to you. :D

For my part I still find you the most consistently enjoyable SF author around today!
